CATB Detail & Build Refurbishment

Projective Group  approached a Belgian Architect for the concept design of their new UK office. The office was to serve as a new hub allowing for collaborative spaces, meeting rooms, and an event space to entertain global clients in the UK when visiting . As main contractor we worked closely with the client architect to ensure that the essence of the design intent was  captured and that the design  materialised in the end result.

While the front of house function is focussed on dedicated meeting rooms, the back of house function is brought to the open plan to also present as part of the front o house, and further allowance for various hot desking options are tastefully designed and positioned to compliment the overall space.

The final result provided Projective  with a versatile environment that allowed them to have a strong draw on new local talent as well as a function space to proudly present to external customers
